Parchment Craft  |  April 2011
With the Royal wedding only a matter of weeks away, we focus on two pieces of work which have been specifically designed to commemorate the ceremonious day.
We start with a project by Mary G. Kerr (Page 6). Her wall decoration design features a copious amount of white work, featuring Fleur de Lys motifs around the outside, embossed ribbons and bells and finished off with a decorated crown in the centre. It’ll make a great souvenir which can be framed and cherished for years.
The second piece is also a wall decoration and designed by Christine Coleman (Page 18). Her project features beautiful and textured white work, and allows you to insert a photograph of the happy couple. Alternatively, you can personalise it by adding a different image and changing the names around the centre.
