How can I search text across multiple PDFs?
Q
I need to search for specific keywords across hundreds of PDFs stored in about 20 folders. What’s the most efficient way to do this?

A
The free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (
www.snipca.com/52520
)
searches all PDFs within a folder. It would make sense to organise each of
those folders within a larger parent folder, if possible, and use that as the directory through which you want Reader to search. If that’s not possible but the PDFs are in subfolders of Documents, search your Documents library. Likewise, if they’re in the Downloads folder, make that the target location instead.
