Can I get a refund for faulty replacement?
Q In January 2024, I bought a Wolf Concorde pressure washer from ‘UKHS Tools to go’ (www.ukhs. tv). It came with a 24-month guarantee. Within three days it had broken, but the company refused to replace it. I sent it back for repair, but it came back damaged. Idideventually get a replacement, but the hose burst after nine months. The company said there are no replacements left, and now I can’t get through to anyone.
