VIRGIN STARTS TO AXE 3G NETWORK
Virgin Media O2 has started to switch off its 3G network. It axed the service in the city of Durham on 2 April, and aims to turn it off nationwide by the end of 2025. The company says the move will help to upgrade the existing 4G and 5G networks. Vulnerable customers are being contacted with an offer of a free 4G device. Read more at www.snipca. com/54288.
