I received a phone call supposedly from Sky TV to say that I was to be sent a new viewing card. The caller said that full details and instructions would be included along with my card, and it would arrive within three days. They knew my name and address, but then they asked for my date of birth. I told them that my age has no bearing on what I watch on TV and hung up.
