Why are my Outlook contacts back to front?
Q When adding a new contact in Outlook 365 I type, for example, John Perkins. However, when I open that contact, it’s then shown as ‘Perkins, John’. This has only happened recently. Must I now waste my time wading through my hundreds of contacts to change them to how I want them? Is my Outlook faulty or has Microsoft changed them deliberately?
