Add your own light by painting with a torch
Light painting with an LED torch can make all the difference to dark scenes. Shooting with existing light is great, but you can add your own using a flash or an LED torch. Powerful LED torches aren’t expensive, costing from around £7; they give daylight output and many models have adjustable focus to vary the light beam.
