PROJECT 1 WORK THE SEASONS
Take advantage of a location that’s close to home and capture it across all seasons
Early Spring
one trees are a firm favourite of landscape and woodland photographers, and those with more interesting shapes will always help you to produce
L the best photos. This location is a 30-minute drive from my house and one that I’ve visited so many times over the years that I know it like the back of my hand. With repeat visits to a location, find a scene that inspires you in some way and aim to shoot it in all seasons, from roughly the same spot each time. With the exception of shutter speed, keep all other camera settings the same each time for consistency and always watch out for the weather conditions. The final shot required in this series is to capture the lone tree in the snow.
