Mull prepares for the gathering of Clan Maclean

MULL will again be the venue next year for the Clan Maclean international gathering from June 20 to 25.

The gatherings are held every five years and this will be the seventh consecutive one. The gatherings are based in Tobermory, with clan members staying and exploring all parts of the island.

Next year we will mark the 125th anniversary of the founding of the Clan Maclean Association in 1892, and it will be themed around Event Scotland’s Year of History, Heritage and Archaeology. Event Scotland has given a generous grant to help the Clan Maclean bring a gathering to Mull once more.
