HEALTHY BLUEBERRY PANCAKE PROTEIN FREAKSHAKE

Freakshakes are delicious, but, for those not keen on having their entire RDA of calories absorbed by one sugary shake, protein freakshakes may be the answer. This blueberry shake makes an awesome pre-workout snack.
For the blueberry compote:
• 100g (1 cup) blueberries
• 1 tbsp water
For the buckwheat pancakes:
• 1 tbsp agave syrup
• 240ml (1 cup) plant-based milk
• 1 banana, mashed
• 120g (1 cup) buckwheat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
