Britain's landscapes have long been a major source of inspiration for artists and this month a landmark new exhibition shines a spotlight on less traditional representations of the countryside, presenting art that reflects the diversity of Britain's landscape. Radical Landscapes features more than 150 artworks including John Nash's The Corrifield (below), painted in Buckinghamshire in 1918, and Anwar Jalal Shemza's abstract painting The Apple Tree (1962).
