In the last year, sales of chilled vegan food at Tesco have soared by 25 per cent, dramatically helped by the launch of the popular Wicked Kitchen range. Now, to meet demand, Tesco is more than doubling its Wicked Kitchen range to include 26 new additions. These include All the Rage Rolls (kale, mushroom and garlic in flaky puff pastry), Packed Puff Pie (roasted cauliflower and oyster mushrooms in brandy gravy), Pesto Lasagne, Spicy Mushroom and Veg Sourdough Pizza, plus the range’s first desserts, Charred Pineapple Dream Cake and Red Velvet Brownies. The new additions will slowly be introduced between now and Christmas – we’ll race you to Tesco to try them!
