American researchers have found the key to curbing your appetite after a long day at the office: exercise. Their study found people who worked up a stress-busting sweat after a mentally demanding day ate fewer calories than those who lazed on the sofa. Of course that’s where we all want to be after a gruelling 9 to 5, but to eat fewer toffee pennies, go for a run first!
