Barragunda Dining at Barragunda, on the rugged eastern tip of the Mornington Peninsula, is an immersive experience. Guests wind their way along a tea tree- and she-oak-lined track towards the 40-seat restaurant. Executive chef Simone Watts’s four courses highlight the property’s organic market garden, with guests served a vegetable-led menu complemented by estate-reared hogget and Black Angus beef.
