WESTERN AUSTRALIA’S 2025 Rural Ambassador wears many hats, whether it’s farming, podcasting, working as an onboard stockperson or volunteering.

“I’ve worked across many areas of the agricultural industry, both throughout Australia and around the world. The small country towns, the people, the jobs, they’ve all shaped who I am. There’s an old saying that ‘the land sings to you’, and I truly believe that,” says Tiffany, 26.

As owner of Berekee Eggs, Tiffany sells heritage-breed hens and eggs in a pasture-raised system, based on her family’s property in Konnongorring.

“I have a genuine passion for being a custodian of the land, with healthy soils, and inspiring people to ask questions about where their food comes from and how it is produced.” She’s also the program manager for The Livestock Collective and is an accredited onboard stockperson, sailing with Australian livestock as part of ESCAS (Exporter Supply Chain Assurance System).

“I see firsthand the people Australia helps feed around the world. We often speak about this in industry terms, but in reality our work is humanitarian, delivering much-needed, sustainably produced protein to communities globally,” she says. “At the same time, through the ESCAS, we collaborate with destination countries to strengthen animal welfare standards and improve husbandry practices worldwide.”

Tiffany volunteers for organisations including the agricultural show, CWA and Anzac committee. She serves on the board of Kiara College Farm, a school-based agricultural program in Perth.

“I’m passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for students from all backgrounds to engage with agriculture, helping them gain hands-on experience and build pathways into the industry,” says Tiffany.

“I feel incredibly connected to my family’s property, soil, this incredible industry and am devoting my life to regional Australia, which I will forever call home.”

PROUD GUWAMU/KOOMA MAN Lindsay Davies, 26, has many strings to his bow. As the Caring for Country lead at Indigital, he works with First Nations communities to develop and deliver Caring for Country programs. He’s also a member of Landcare Australia’s NextGen Landcare Working Group, which launches this year and supports young people to care for the environment. Not content with all that, he’s working on a PhD at Queensland University of Technology, focusing on revitalising traditional knowledge of food and bush medicine.
