Abuse hurled at sheriff after she jails Caol man

A TIRADE of abuse and foul language was hurled at a sheriff last week by the pregnant partner of a Caol man after he was jailed for 11 weeks.

Reece MacIsaac, 20, of Birch Road, had appeared from custody before Sheriff Eilidh MacDonald at Fort William Sheriff Court.

MacIsaac had pleaded guilty that on August 30, at the home of his grandparents, he had behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing and brandishing a knife and uttering threats of violence to the couple.
