Lorne Ladies prove to be queens of the 10s at Livingstone

THE OBAN Lorne Ladies team left early on Sunday September 10 to travel to Livingstone RFC for the SRU Queen of the 10s tournament.

The ladies had a strong squad of experienced players, as well as a couple of new recruits who have recently joined the team.

Erika Skofca has joined the team from Italy where she has played seven-a-side rugby but this was her first experience of the Scottish rugby rules, and Hannah Cringles, an Oban local, joined for her debut having only just set foot on a rugby pitch for the first time in her life this summer.
