A GLASGOW company boss who drove his Range Rover at more than twice the speed limit on the outskirts of Fort William in March has been fined £750 and banned from driving for three months.
Christopher Rossi, of Shawlands, Glasgow, had pleaded not guilty and appeared for trial before Sheriff Eilidh MacDonald at Fort William Sheriff Court last week.
Rossi, 34, who runs a conveyor belt business, which he only bought recently and which employs five staff, overtook a petrol tanker on the A82 on March 2.
