The Horror Of Godzilla is IDW’s most terrifying series yet

“Godzilla’s scale is the scariest thing” says Sheridan.
“Godzilla’s scale is one of the scariest things, which can be tricky in comics, but hopefully we’ve found a few exceptional ways to show if off,” continues Sheridan. “We trust Tristan Jones completely to know the best way to convey the King’s stature.”
The duo also scripted the recent Escape The Deadzone, and The Horror Of Godzilla is also part of IDW’s Kai-Sei era, even though it takes place in 1954 Japan. “This series finds us at the inception point of the eponymous Kai-Sei energy, and thereby the entire Kai-Sei Saga,” explains Sheridan. “This is the origin story for the whole universe, but can absolutely be enjoyed completely on its own.”
