ADMITTING THAT SHE “only had one idea” when she pitched to script Dynamite Entertainment’s new Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel series, “die-hard” fan Kelly Thompson “had a clear vision for what story I wanted to tell.” Set at a pivotal point in the characters’ chronology, Thompson’s ambitious plan calls for “an everyone on the board” approach as the interconnected, opening storyline encompasses both titles, emulating the traditional comic book crossover.
