THE Rail Delivery Group, which represents Britain’s passenger and freight operators, has launched a‘We Mean Green’ campaign to encourage more people and businesses to choose trains over congested roads.
The campaign is backed by a green version of the iconic British Rail ‘double-arrows’ logo, now used as the symbol for National Rail. It will be used on posters and digital marketing in the run up to the COP26 UN climate summit in Glasgow on November 1-12 to get the message across that getting people and goods onto trains and off roads will help in the fight against climate change.
