NORTH NORFOLK TRIES TO MARK CLASS 37 25th ANNIVERSARY: Class 37 No. D6732 (37032/37353) has been operated in preservation for 25 years, and the North Norfolk Railway wished to commemorate this by scheduling some additional services over the August bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately, it failed with power-controller issues, at the start of its second run. Class 08 No. D3935 was called upon to haul the failed train back into Sheringham station. The ‘Tractor’ is seen arriving at Holt with the 10.20 from Sheringham on August 28, which it then worked back successfully, but failed on the next departure from Sheringham, which was the 12.00 service.
