The Zorin site has a forum with a decent amount of activity, meaning that all questions at least receive an answer. The Reddit subreddit has a new topic at least every few days, and all threads seem to generate a bit of discussion.
The Bodhi forum has moderate activity, meaning that new topics are started from time to time, with other users and the developers chipping in with replies. Similarly, the Discord server has a steady amount of chat, and is a useful port of call if you have a question.
Linux Mint’s official forum is extremely busy, with new topics appearing every day in the subforums, and most queries receiving multiple replies. There are subforums for each of the major desktop environments of the different editions. All of this emphasises that Linux Mint is very much a distribution in its own right. Due to its popularity, third-party resources, such the Reddit subreddit, are also extremely busy.
The Elementary OS Discord server has a steady amount of traffic and an established community around it. The Reddit subreddit gets a new topic only every few days or so, but there are always people willing to join in the conversation. There is also a no-frills mini-forum, where users can post questions on the GitHub site, and this does receive attention from the maintainers.
