This could be our year
1982 was the best year ever and I can prove it. Don’t get me wrong; I’m certainly not one of those people that looks back in time and reminisces about an age that never actually happened. The Seventies, Eighties, Nineties, in fact all of the years, were much more rubbish than 2026. Now obviously sucks but so did most of the past. It’s hard to imagine just how smokey everything was. You’d go out for a pint, sit on the top deck of a bus or even get the underground and you would end up stinking of ciggies. There’s a whole load of worse stuff I can list that probably isn’t appropriate for a magazine devoted to old videogames, but I’m sure you can imagine.
