MEMORIAM
To The End
Seasoned death metallers throw in yet more spice
REAPER ENTERTAINMENT
Founded five years ago from the ashes of UKDM legends Bolt Thrower, selfdescribed old-school death metal bruisers Memoriam have built up a formidable reputation as serious contenders. Album number four from the prolific sonic pugilists is their finest yet and a bona fide knock-out from start to finish. Also boasting members from Benediction and Sacrilege in their ranks, To The End starts their second trilogy of war-themed concept albums with a bang. Vocalist Karl Willetts has never sounded better and doffs a cap to Jaz Coleman on Mass Psychosis, while the bludgeoning, Maiden-and Priest-peppered No Effect and the epic title track showcase a band still growing in confidence.
