The recently revealed, £2m W1 hypercar is more akin to the Revuelto in technical terms, but as we’ve yet to test that car and the 750S is very nearly as quick as the Lamborghini but at a considerably lower price, it is the ‘lesser’ McLaren that earns inclusion here. The 750S isn’t the statement the 720S was but it remains a singularly absorbing supercar thanks to its lightness and its delicacy, not to mention its surprising usability, despite its increased rawness. It lacks the Revuelto’s V12 and opulence.
