HI! SO you might have noticed in the news that we had the teensiest little setback on our march back to power last week when we lost control of every single council that we contested.
And on that Debbie-downer note, I’m afraid I was disappointed too! My hopes of gaining a council seat in my old constituency of Blandley-Under-Whelming were dashed when I lost to a pork pie with a boiled egg inside and Winston Churchill’s face sculpted on the top. Still, I wish Mr Mowbray well in wrangling the knotty problem of the lack of car parking spaces in the town centre!
