The Suns Of Perdition - Chapter II: Render Unto Eden

Canadian black metallers soar above the battlegrounds
Panzerfaust 2019’s The Suns Of Perdition - Chapter I: War, Horrid War was the first part of a planned tetralogy of artfully punishing black metal dissecting the human thirst for conflict. Chapter II expands on their ability to rend chasms that suck you into violent nothingness while playing with light and shade. The slow-burn intro, Promethean Fire, features the haunting melodies of Arkona vocalist Maria Arkhipova, but the depth and voracity of vocalist Goliath alone make The Faustian Pact and The Snare Of The Fowler all-consuming gullies of pitch-black despair. They’re the centre point around which the instruments form an exhilarating event horizon before their annihilation.
