CLIVE FREEMAN has spent 37 years in jail protesting his innocence of the murder of a man whose burned body was found in his flat. Now the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) says there is “a real possibility the Court of Appeal will find Mr Freeman’s conviction unsafe”.
