Luton DART replaces bus link
New people mover connects Luton Airport Parkway station with the nearby airport.

LUTON’S Direct Air Rapid Transit system (DART) opened with a soft launch on March 10, replacing the existing bus connection between the main line station and airport with a four minute step-free transfer – half the time of the bus journey.
The DART means that London St Pancras to the airport terminal will now take around 32 minutes using East Midlands Railway or 40 minutes with Thameslink. The system is operated by Luton Rising, a business and social enterprise owned by sole shareholder Luton Council, which also owns the airport.
