RESIDENTS of Abbeyfield Care Home in Ballachulish saddled up for a ride on a three-wheeled bike courtesy of a visit from Cycling Without Age Scotland last week.
Ronald Menzies, 85, and Peggy MacDonald, 94, got the wind in their hair as Christine Bell from Cycling Without Age Scotland demonstrated age is no barrier to cycling, with the correct bike.
