This week we travel back to the Great War and a photograph of men from Glencoe who served in the army during the First World War. The picture is dated 1914 and, going by their cap badges, the regiment is thought to be the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. This photograph was featured in Glencoe Folk Museum as part of a day of First World War-themed family activities as part of Scotland’s annual Festival of Museums last weekend.
