As the last Eye revealed, last winter Fujitsu was awarded £24.6m in contracts by the Home Office – despite the firm promising to “not bid for government contracts” until the completion of the Post Office Horizon inquiry. But no one can explain why one of these contracts seems to be more than three times as expensive as its predecessor.
